Symptoms by DPO, do you think I could be pregnant?

Hello, everyone. A little about myself: I am a 20 year old female, about to turn 21 in a few months. I had unprotected sex multiple times throughout my suspected ovulation dates. I don’t temp or use OPK’s; I track my period using Ovia and it estimates my ovulation dates each month. I know it could easily be wrong, but I’m not exactly TTC. I wouldn’t mind being pregnant, but I wouldn’t be heartbroken if I wasn’t. Not not trying, but not exactly trying either. My estimated ovulation date was the 26th of last month (11 days ago).

I started feeling nauseous a few days back, but thought not too much of it, because like I said, I’m not TTC. However, when I went to work yesterday (expected 10 DPO) and had to run to the bathroom to throw up, I started putting some puzzle pieces together I suppose.

And, on 9 DPO, I had the smallest amount of spotting. Not enough to even cover a panty liner, or tissue while wiping in the restroom. It lasted for about an hour, went away for about three hours, and then lasted again for another 30 or so minutes. It’s been completely gone for 2 days now.

My period is expected to start in 4 days, and I’ve had slight cramps (although they feel slightly different from regular period cramps). To explain that further, they occasionally feel like tugging, while other times they feel like something is biting me inside my uterus (if that makes any sense). Other random things going on are extreme gassy-ness, backaches, and nipple tenderness.

I use FRER tests, along with IC’s. The IC’s I have aren’t for early detection, so have not shown any lines other than the control line. In previous months while using FRER’s, I have gotten many false positives. I mention that because I took a test this morning when I woke up with FMU, and got the faintest second line. I don’t want to trust the line, because again, I’ve gotten way over ten false positives with these tests before.

I guess my question is, what are your thoughts. Could the spotting me IB? Could the nausea be an early pregnancy symptom? I know you can’t tell me a definite ‘yes’ or ‘no’ that I am pregnant, but I do want a second or third opinion.

Thank you to whoever responds, and baby dust to all trying.

I would say it sounds like implantation bleeding. Leave it a few days and test again, see if the line is darker.
🤞 for you X

I had a very faint line at 9DPO with cramping and today a feel nauseous.

My lines didn't seem to get darker so I went and bought a digital today at 12DPO and it came up with the magic word just hoping it's a sticky bean xx
