Dark blue line 10 minutes after test

Hi everyone,
First time posting on here! I did a pregnancy test this morning (first urine) and did a clear blue test where you can test 6 days early. I think it's 2 weeks since I've ovulated. So the test didnt have a line on it straight away, went away and came back 10 mins later and there was a dark blue line! Why would the line come up after and not straight away? Does this mean I'm pregnant?
Xx

Yes. You're pregnant. I hope that is the answer you wanted Flowers

Can you post a picture? I would think a dark clear line is positive even if it's a bit after the time frame but a pale line is less likely to be positive.

Thanks @spotsbeforetheeyes @squee123. I'm trying to figure it out, but can't find anything that allows me to put a photo! 😭😭
I do hope I'm pregnant, been trying for a couple of months, this'll be baby no. 4 is it is!!! 🙏🙏

I think as I'm a new user, I'm unable to post for 48 hours maybe? I read it on another thread? Xx

A quick update, I've just done one now {11pm} and there's no line. Nothing. Could the first one {am} have been an evaporation line. Although it wasn't a faint line, it was a dark blue line. Also, would the morning one be more reliable (being first urine) than the evening one? Aaaagh can't stand the guessing!!! 😳😳🥺🥺

Update 2:
Sorry about this guys, but I've just looked at the test 26 minutes later and there seems to be a faint line at the bottom of the window, it seems to be creeping up to the to become a full line. 🤔 If only I could post a photos of them! Do I disregard the reading as it's been more than 10 minutes?? Xx

I would disregard and try one with pink dye. Clear blue are well known for evaps showing after a negative within the time frame xx

So I tried a pink dye one but it's not an early one and I think af due in 5-6 days. 🤦‍♀️ Then went out and bought a clear blue digital, and dipped it in urine pot and it said not pregnant 😔. I'm not actually sure when period is due, because I'm quite irregular. However, I've not got any symptoms that I usually get with af. 😳 I think I should wait a few days and then test? I should also add, the one with the clear blue digital test my wee was in the pot for about an hour as I had to run out and get another test! 😳 Don't know if that would impact results? X

The digital ones aren't very sensitive and you'd need to wait until your period is due. Which is obviously tricky if your cycle is irregular.

@squee123 thanks for the advice... Will wait. 😔 Xx

Hi there are threads on here showing that blue lines appear after the time frame and person was not pregnant. Use a frer and within the time frame. I would not take notice of the blue dye ones after the threads I read, the evap lines were so dark !

Jalebi88 · 11/12/2021 21:08

Thanks all. Just to update, according to my flo app, I'm a day late (11/12/21). But I tested 2 days ago and I was negative. I've been getting period pains for 2 days now but the pain has stopped all of a sudden, still no af. Could it be implantation pain or is it too late? Why have the pains stopped all of a sudden? Shall I test?? 🤔 🤔
