Pulling pain in low left side/ovary

I've found out I'm pregnant after what I thought was ovulation but seemed odd after I'd already ovulated this cycle. I've done 3 tests which all say 'Pregnant 1-2 weeks'.

Today I've had a pulling, crampy pain in my left ovary all afternoon and evening. I get quite bad periods and I'd put it on par with the pain just before I get a period . I read implantation happens around this time but I wasn't expecting cramping in this area and not like this.

I haven't been pregnant in for over 4 years and seem to have forgotten everything! Has anyone else had this and their pregnancy gone on to be OK?

Yes I had this, early scan and 12 week scan showed a harmless cyst which disappeared by the 20 week scan. Congratulations!

Experiencing similar symptoms. Did everything work out OP?

Not the op but with my first I had really bad pulling and cramping in the early weeks after a positive test, it was so bad it took my breath away at times and I had to stop to let it pass, but passed relatively quickly each time it happened lasting for maybe 30 seconds. It stopped after a few weeks from what I can remember. My pregnancy was fine with no issues. If you’re worried, definitely get checked out!
