Early scan sack with yolk no baby

So I was believed to be 6 weeks pregnant went for an early scan and there was no baby just the sack and yolk , they said they either believe I’m earlier or that there’s something wrong either way I have to go back in two weeks, has anybody else experienced this ? If so what was the outcome as I’m scared. And my anxiety is bad

Had this with my first baby, scanned at 5 weeks, couldn't see anything besides the yolk sac, went back at 7 weeks and there was a tiny little heartbeat! Try and stay positive if you can, you may just be super early. Lots of love and luck ❤️

I have had scans ever 2 weeks. I saw the same until around 7 weeks 1 day when we saw a heart beat but the baby looked like a blob. Wishing you all the best moving forward and try to stay positive xxx
