We are working with CityParents, an organisation committed to supporting working parents, to gather data about how individuals experiencing fertility treatment, miscarriage and the menopause are supported by their employers.
The data collected will be used to gather insight on employer policies and drive awareness as to how employees can be better supported while experiencing these health issues in the workplace.
We are looking to collect as many responses as possible, to help us campaign for better support and shape future policy. All data collected will be kept anonymous and only used for the purpose of this survey.
