Right so the image will be tmi so for those who don't wanna see what's in a pad then just skip this but this is what's been in my pad for the past three days - i started bleeding a little like as much as is in the pad and it's never on a tissue when i wipe and idk what it is i'm about 19 dpo i think if that's any help

Have you taken a test?

@Rachipops I took a test sometime last week and it was negative - was probably around 12-14 dpo when i took it x

Take another test, try an early detection brand like First Response. Do you have any symtoms that are unusual to your PMS?

@Rachipops I will try get hold of a test asap but other than this spotting then i already get things like cramps and breast pain and i've not noticed anything new other than lack of normal symptoms and this spotting x

It's really hard to tell, I'd have spotting like that in the run up to my periods. If it gets heavier obviously it's AF. But if it isn't normal for you and/or stops entirely take a test.

Of your really worried speak to your GP.
