What do you mean by thoughts? I took them and I'm expecting a baby in January if that's the sort of thing you want to know.

@mummyh2016 yes like a review do they really help you conceive? Also congratulations ❤️

I’m currently on my 2nd month of taking these however I’ve now stopped. My 1st month of taking them really altered my ovulation and extended the length of my cycle which is really unusual for me as I’m normally a straightforward 28 day cycle type of girl. I then decided to persevere with them for 7 days into my 2nd month of taking them but have now stopped as I don’t actually think I’ve ovulated this month.

@MrsJ6921 hi ok thanks for this got implant removed around a month ago and still haven't had a period yet I think this may be normal but it is frustrating when your trying to work out when your gonna ovulate 😖x

I’m currently pregnant with my second child. I started taking them about 3 months before ttc both children, and fell pregnant first month, both times.
I’m not sure that means that the vitamins ‘work’ though. I don’t think vitamins can actually ‘help’ you conceive, as such. I took them mainly because, as they were specially for conception, they’d contain nothing detrimental (like vitamin A) to early pregnancy.

Just started TTC also taking these vitamins. I don't think they 'help' to conceive but they have folic acid so should you conceive that'll help. Also my diet is awful and it helps me make sure I'm getting enough iron etc

If there is any vitamins that help you conceive (is that even a thing that's possible?!) then I'm all ears 🙂

My sister took these and got pregnant first month trying. I've also started taking them, I'm on my 3rd week.

I believe that these vitamins help to regulate hormonal activity as they contain B12 and Zinc.

For many women, their hormones are all over the place for various reasons such as stress and diet. Many of the women who have had success from these tablets suffer from PCOS (my sister included). So I think that they do regulate hormonal activity.

My personal experience of taking these has been great so far although I've not got my BFP yet. I used to have extremely heavy periods with all the PMS symptoms you can imagine. A week and a half into taking these I started my period (I was over 57 days over due which was weird for me - maybe stress caused the delay) and when I started my period I had NO PMS symptoms. I had next to no cramping at all too. They really helps with those symptoms a lot. I've not yet finished the pack but I do believe for women (who have a hormonal imbalance especially) they do give your body what it needs in order to conceive by regulating your body's levels.

I've also read (based on women who have normal 28 day cycles) that this tablet has delayed their period somewhat. Some women have reported this may be due to the luteal phase being longer (which is apparently a good thing!)

Sorry for the long and lengthy review but personally I would give these a go. X

I also recommend asking your partner to take the Wellman vitamins for conception. The reviews are amazing. Apparently they've reportedly helped with sperm count and quality. (See the Amazon reviews) think they again, regulate levels and normalise them by giving your body what it needs. Worth a shot! Good idea to have both you and DP prepared and covered for the best chance possible. X
