Hi girls so basically I went for a transvaginal scan yesterday to check my ovaries and they said I had ovulated naturally last cycle on the left side but do they mean and made a mistake that they can see I ovulated this cycle as I’m currently on cd19 or can the ultrasound see last cycle if I ovulated or not? Confused lol.

Did you not ask them? Would you not normally have ovulated by CD19? I am no expert at all but I'm not sure how they could tell anything about your last cycle from a scan

It would be this cycle, the corpus luteum from last cycle would be gone.

No I didn’t ask them tbh as while they was doing the scan it was painful for me putting a lot of pressure so I just wanted to get the hell out of there lol but when I got home I was thinking how can she see I ovulated last month, she would of had to do a scan last month to see that right, I’m so hoping for my bfp if I’m now ovulating on my own 🙏🏼

Would you not usually have ovulated by CD19?

Hopefulhedgehog · 17/11/2021 18:32

Ps sounds like good news whichever cycle they are talking about!

No normally it will be around cd21 and my cycles are 33 days long so if they are talking about this cycle I’ve ovulated early
