After a miscarriage 6.5 years ago, we never managed to conceive again and eventually stopped trying. I had an IUD fitted for horrible heavy periods and that was that.
I've never been able to move on, and we've decided to give it one last go. If successful, this will be DC number 4, and my first (and only!) with my husband.
I'm a little bit excited and a lot scared - the other children are a fair bit older and it'll be a big adjustment, but it feels like the right decision. Anyone else in a similar position - older kids, and giving it one last try?
