Timing of dtd and CB steady smiley?

My cycle length is 33 days, my Clue app ovulation is predicted as CD20….feel late BUT it seems to line up with my CB ovulation test: nothing up to CD16, then:
Flashing smiley: CD17-18
Steady smiley; CD19

Does this mean my ovulation is going to fall on CD20/CD21?

We DTD on CD17, 19, 21

Is this right? Or should we have been doing it on CD20?

@redxlondon hi! I think you’re fine with DTD, 17,19, 21 given the life of a typical sperm.

One thing to consider is the time in which you tested… presumably FMU… so you could have got a static the night before, which may mean the egg is already on its way because it says expect the egg to be released between 12 and 36 hours after the static.

You just need to make sure that BEFORE the egg is released, there are plenty of sperm in there to meet it. Lots of people suggest DTD 3 days in a row from the day of your static - I think the day before, the day of and the day after are pretty important. X

Thank you, so CD18 could have been quite important but there’s a chance because we dtd on CD17.
I am way more obsessed about this than I thought I would be!!
