Hey!
🌸🌸 Flowers for you! It's such a had journey and often so lonely.
We tried for 3 years, had failed ivf in May then conceived twins naturally in August which feels like our perfect miracle!
Praying your journey is not as long or testing but don't give up!
Enjoy all the other things life has to offer to keep your spirits up. At time nothing anyone said really made me feel better about my journey but I would say that the period I started focusing on being kinder to myself (I beat myself up quite abit and put myself down a lot). I started focus on me.. exercising, getting counselling, surrounding myself with people who bring my sport joy and laughter, self care days etc
I'll never know why it took 3 years or why it actually happened when it did but being kinder to myself may have played a part!

It took us about 20 months and it was so draining! However, I gave birth to a gorgeous little girl on Wednesday morning 💓

The memory of the day of the positive test still makes me feel surprised. The sight of the baby is something else altogether.

We don’t know why it took so long as our results came back as unexplained infertility. It’s possible that my weight loss helped and also having regular sex, but not timing it to a particular day may have taken the pressure off.
