Private Fertility Baseline Scan - This Cycle is the weirdest yet

I'm 26 and I came of the BC pill on 29th Jan this year and had my first natural period on 8th March. I have been regular since (28-34 days) and AF always shows 14 days after peak OPK. However I've always had a niggling feeling that something isn't right probably as my mum was told at 25 that she had the eggs of a 35 year old.

So on CD3 I carried out some at home blood tests and the results were horrific so I booked a private scan which I had yesterday. I should have been on CD2/3 of my next cycle however I'm currently on CD 35 with no AF to be seen. I have had high LH peaks but it has been all over the place this month. The DR doing the scan said I have a dominant follicle and that he doesn't think I've ovulated yet based on my lining. The confusing thing is my cervix came low like it always does the day before I thought I was due. It's now gone right up and hidden.

Low and behold I am looking at a diagnosis of low ovarian reserve like my mum. She had me young and went though IVF at 25. I'm praying my age is on my side and that miraculously we catch one egg. But now I've got no idea of when I'm going to ovulate. I've started using ovucore last night and my temp was 36.24C which confirms I haven't ovulated yet. CB OPK says low fertility. Could the stress of my results caused my LH to be all over the place and not ovulate? The latest I've ovulated is CD20.

I've attached my charts of my current cycle and my last cycle.
