TTC- Am I already out this month?

So I have pretty irregular cycles but they're mostly on the long side- on average about 45 days. Currently on CD21- I use the iPhone health app to track ovulation etc but not very formally (no opks etc) as we have just started TTC.
So the app has said I've been potentially ovulating this past week. Since Friday night I have had on-off mild stomach cramps. Is this pre-menstrual cramps or could they be like ovulation/implantation cramps?

What tocas said. You need to either play it cool and ignore the app as it's useless or start tracking properly so you know what's going on.

Yeah sorry, what everyone else said. The app only works out +/- if you have very regular cycles.
