Morning, first time poster here so firstly just wanted to say hello and thank everyone for the wonderful advice on the various threads.

DH and I unfortunately lost our little girl at 28 weeks last year and we have spent the last 9 months TTC without any luck. We conceived first time previously which is leading to anxiety and stress this time around.

We are both 34, in good health and have recently upped our exercise and healthy lifestyle choices to try and aid our TTV journey. Should I be concerned?

Didn't want to read and run. So sorry for your loss, it must be incredibly hard for you both Flowers It took me and my husband just shy of 24 months to conceive but we went to the GP at 12 months to get the ball rolling for fertility treatment. In our case husband had issues with his sperm but our consultant was clear that stress and lifestyle can really impact fertility - you've understandably had a horrible and stressful time since your stillbirth so that might be adding to it. Try and be kind on yourselves and speak to the GP if you haven't been successful at 12 months. Sending you all the fairy dust in the world and hoping you get your bfp soon x

Hey, sorry to hear about your loss. I’m also going to start trying after losing our little girl, so following with interest.

How soon after did your period return? Are you checking for ovulation or not bothering?

How are you feeling in yourself? X
