ttc, age 27, no diagnosed fertility problems, but no ewcm
US on CD 13 showed 1 follicle 21mm R ovary, no other mature follicles seen
OPK + CD 15
US on CD 16 to confirm O - follicle on R ovary disappeared (no fluid, no other evidence to indicate O had occurred) but L ovary now had 23mm follicle.
Can anybody explain what might be going on here?
Hoping just means I O'd 2 eggs separately, but am concerned it's a sign of bigger issue.
