Line eyes- is this my BFP?

Morning wee... AF was due 6th, I've had spotting yesterday, 6th and 5th.

I may wait to test again as I've had negatives leading up to this!!

Thank you @Chiliprepper I have a dreaded feeling it's a false negative. All I've used was the cheapie's HCGs for the last week (and leading up to AF) and had BFN. I am wondering it's it's because of the time of day I tested- this is the first test in the morning I've done.

Going to do a first response at lunch time xxx

Thank you so much @theworldhasgoneinsane and congrats. I have always associated spotting with AF. The type of spotting was very similar to coming on as well. I'm so shaking and nervous..... but shocked and so excited. I am just wondering how to tell DP! Xx

No not being stupid, they can be difficult to read especially the cheapies I have attached another image which shows a second line. Usually even if it's faded this shows HCG (pregnancy) so I have taken it as a BFP xx

I think I know what @allthingssparkly means, it looks a bit like a shadow, and as if the line is supposed to be more to the left hand side, but it might be an optical illusion.

@allthingssparkly @Bundaberg84 it does definitely look like a shadow. I think the way I have taken the photo doesn't help (maybe a bit dark) xx

I thought that line was just a shadow where the strips met, definitely a line though! I did 4 early tests and was going line mad so bought one that said ‘pregnant’ to reassure me

I didn't have any ache in my breasts or sickness (yet!) like most people say. All I had was tiredness, dry mouth and vivid dreams and slight cramping.

@Pugmumm I don't have any breast tenderness, I did have a wave of nausea yesterday though.

I just want to know now whether I am or not 🙈 I'm too impatient.

Today I have just had the cramping and feeling so tired!

Hopefully I'll know sooner rather than later as my periods are super regular.

The pg tests I have got, have a HCG sensitivity of 25mIL, if I test using one am I likely to get an accurate reading?

@allthingssparkly my periods are also super regular also and when I was a day late I just knew. I had a wave of nausea before I went to bed about 4 days ago come to think of it!!

It's easy to say and so easy to symptom spot when it's the one thing you want so badly

I think those ones should be ok! I would try and wait until you are at least a day late to get an accurate result. Even with the hcg thin test I had the faintest of lines on that and then in the first response it was quite strong!! I have bought a clear blue tonight just to confirm x

@Pugmumm Thank you, I really hope I get the result I want 🤞 and that the few symptoms I've had are all for a reason 😊 if I get a positive on the strip tests I've got I'll then get a FRER. Don't want to waste money on tests too soon!
