Does anyone have any experience of the 2:5 diet (fasting) and fertility?
I was diagnosed with PSOS a few years ago and was about to go through ivf but conceived naturally and while doing a 2:5 diet. Not sure if it was a coincidence?!
We would like to have another baby and have been trying for a fair few months while monitoring ovulation etc. Now I'm wondering about starting the 2:5 again to see if it will help. I'm breastfeeding twice a day still though (son is 23 months) so don't want to reduce my nutrients.
