Hello! I'm just wondering if anyone is being super good in their two week wait? And what the best diet would be?
I'm just eating like normal, I didn't drink tea or coffee before ttc so caffeine isn't an issue. I'm not drinking alcohol. I do have a sweet tooth but I'm trying to be better with my choices.
I'm on NaturesAid prenatals too.
Any tips? Should I up my protein? Fruit and veg?
