Been trying for 12 months and I'm freaking out! I don't want to get my hopes up, please help me out, I go away tomorrow too so don't want to be eating and drinking things I shouldn't!

I can see a line! Congratulations!

I can see a line. If it’s early the line stays faint for a while.

FlyOnTheWall89 · 05/11/2021 09:08

I can see it @Bethpaigeox - congrats!!

Hey everyone just thought I'd do a quick check in! After 12 long months of believe I was pregnant every month, nonstop BD, and some really down times thinking it'd never happen, its finally my time!! I have just recently had a gp appointment too regarding ttc and they had started to look into things but I'm now so happy to say I'm expecting!! I can say I haven't really had any symptoms other than a late period, back ache but thats normal for me and boob pain, and I only tested due to being a couple days late and going away tomorrow! I can't wait to surprise everyone!

Awww how lovely 😊 congrats x

Bethpaigeox · 05/11/2021 15:45

@sak96x no I didn't, I'd gotten into the frame of mind this month of it'll happen whenever it happens and if it doesn't happen yet thats okay, I changed my mindset completely to positive, I also spoke to the gp about it which probably took a load off my shoulders, we decided to just BD when we felt like it this month, not regimented and we didn't use ovulation kits this month, I feel like I've been less stressed so all those factors could of helped!

FlyOnTheWall89 · 22/11/2021 13:18

Oh @Bethpaigeox I’m so sorry. Big hugs.

lettyloulou · 22/11/2021 15:45

I'm so sorry @Bethpaigeox. The same happened to me - first pregnancy, ttc for 18 months, began the investigation process with GP for infertility, then suddenly bfp. A few weeks later I was miscarrying.

It's so painful to go through but you have my total sympathy.
