So, this is our first month properly trying!

So this month my ‘estimated ovulation’ was today (cycle day 14)

From cycle day 9 I experienced EWCM until day 11, which then changed to Cloudy CM & Now appears to be getting thicker!

I cannot pinpoint ovulation, but on Monday I experienced cramps.
On the Saturday (cycle day 9) prior I had nausea and headaches which continued until cycle day 10.

I almost feel like I ovulated on Monday cycle day 11!
I just have that gut feeling, along with EWCM completely gone now!

So annoying not knowing!! So I’m going with 3DPO!

Anyone else??

@Peonies94

Yeah I asked for a blood test as I have a faint positive! Ask for the next appointment available x

So I did a frer and another one step - bfn again! Guess it’s onto next month!

Are you testing at the same time every day? I'm so sorry it hasn't worked out for you yet. It's still potentially early days for you though! Not out yet x

@Peonies94

Onto the next month ❤️

How are you all doing ladies?

AF came back with a fight, this month is pretty intense with cramps!

OP posts:
Rachipops · 19/11/2021 11:52

@kates21 awk that really sucks. I'm so sorry it didn't work out for you this month. But at least your into your next cycle now. Hopefully the cramps lighten up soon.

I'm all good, I got my digital results today, Clueblue says 1-2 weeks, which puts me at 3-4 weeks along.

I'm going to tell my parents today! Which is very exciting. And then registering with the hospital and antenatal care next week. Bit buffering in Northern Ireland, my GP midwife won't see me until after 16 weeks. Because of my early miscarriage last time I'm really keen to get all the checks/bloods ASAP.

Trying to enjoy this moment and not let anxiety get the better of me. Hopefully early MC isn't a pattern for us.

Bitter sweet typing about this in here. I know of badly you guys want your BFPs too. I hope you don't mind my updates ❤

Rachipops · 19/11/2021 11:56

A bit different **

Kates21 · 19/11/2021 12:00

@Rachipops

Oh that’s amazing Rach, I’m so happy for you! It’s such a lovely feeling isn’t it & of course your going to be anxious about your previous miscarriage - but take each day as it comes and remain positive, do whatever you need to do!
How did your partner take it?

Oooooh telling the parents that’s exciting!

Lastly, yes I wanted a BFP but obviously my time wasn’t this month, please don’t feel like your having to walk on egg shells with updates, I love the whole process of how happy it makes someone & just excites me for when it’s my time. I’m all for it ❤️

@kates21 thank you so much, that is very kind ❤

He was delighted... shocked, stressed, anxious, surprised... and then delighted again.. the normal way to react haha 😂 To be fair I go through all those emotions and more every 5 minutes at the moment too!

This is out first (🤞) so we really have so much ahead of us that we've never experienced before.

Kates21 · 19/11/2021 12:13

@Rachipops

It’s the most amazing time so take it all in and take your time.

I already have my pram picked out ready to buy so can never Be too prepared 😂

How we doing ladies? X

Hi ladies, I've just been reading through your chat and love how supportive you all are of each other! I'm in the tww and I'm driving myself insane symptom spotting. I'm cycle day 27 and my period is due between Friday and Sunday. My luteal phase ranges from 10-12 days so I've been taking vitamin b this month to try and keep it at 12 days or increase it. I'm 7dpo I've had heaps of cm and had stabbing cramps in my lower left side last night. This is our 6th month of trying and our 4th month of using the cb opk. I've been quite chilled up until this month...I feel different and hopeful but at the same time I don't want to get my hopes up! I really want to test but I think it's way to early.

Kates21 · 22/11/2021 17:41

@Hann91

Hey!! Thanks so much for joining! Lovely to have new members pop along!
I’m actually just at the end of my AF this month, so we are cycle day 5. Fertile period should be here Friday/saturday! We are hopeful for this month! After last months ordeal, I’m quite anxious!

Xx

Hi @Kates21 it must have been so stressful! I have my fingers and toes crossed this month for you! How long have you been ttc? I never thought I'd get so obsessed! I really need to focus my energy elsewhere or it's never going to happen...as everyone keeps telling me 🙄 x

Kates21 · 22/11/2021 18:55

@Hann91
So this will be our 2nd month properly! Obviously we had the hiccup with the first month, but hopefully this month is abit more hopeful!
Honestly the TWW is the hardest bit, it does become very obsessive! But the best thing to do is just keep yourself busy!

How long have you been TTC?

Xx

Hann91 · 22/11/2021 19:14

@Kates21 it's our 6th month of trying, we've been using the clear blue opks for the past 4 months but still no luck 😫. I've been dead chilled up until this month. Why on earth I used to get worried about missing my pill I do not know 😂 if only it was that easy to get pregnant!

Kates21 · 22/11/2021 19:29

@Hann91
I do believe the more you obsess the longer it’ll take!
My first I got pregnant on the pill, totally unexpected! & now we are really trying it just won’t happen!

It’s so annoying!! Xx

OP posts:
Hann91 · 23/11/2021 21:07

@Kates21 it's bloody typical isn't it! I have so many friends who have got pregnant within the first month of trying. I wish I'd of come of the pill earlier to let my body get into a proper rhythm sooner.

The cm has eased off today and I've had terrible wind (sorry for the tmi) and cramps so I don't think it will be my month. I reckon af will be here in a few days xx

Kates21 · 24/11/2021 06:47

@Hann91
I know it’s typical, always happens that way doesn’t it! Try not to stress or think about it (Easier said than done!!)

Oh lovely, your not out until AF turns up! So keep those fingers crossed!

I’m coming into my fertile period as of Friday.. we’ve been DTD everyday since my period ended! We aren’t stressing about it, we’re just going with the flow! So I’m hopeful!

December must be a long month cause I’m due to ovulate the 1/2nd and then right at the end of the month!! Strange! Xx

Hello! Please can I join? 1st cycle TTC no2 (1st for my partner).

I think I’m 6dpo cd 20 of what is normally a 25 day cycle.

No symptoms so far other than sore boobs and a couple of crampy feelings in my back which could just be AF gearing up x

Kates21 · 24/11/2021 07:58

@Beck3115

Thanks for joining!! Lovely to see new people!
I’m cycle day 7, with ovulation in 7 days (estimated through apps)!

Last month we had a positive test but blood hcg levels were 1.2 so we was gutted! 2nd month officially ‘trying’ xx

Beck3115 · 24/11/2021 09:13

@Kates21 bless you that must have been tough.

Thanks for being so welcoming! How are you tracking everything? X

Kates21 · 24/11/2021 09:35

@Beck3115

I’m using the GLOW app - I know they aren’t reliable but they are bang on for my period! Xx

OP posts:
Beck3115 · 24/11/2021 19:08

I’m using Flo and opks at the moment but if anyone has any suggestions I would be happy to hear them!

Hann91 · 24/11/2021 19:52

@Beck3115 Hi 👋🏼, I'm using cb opks, using Flo and taking vitamins-pregnacare, vit c and b6. My cycles have ranged from 29-34 days and my luteal phase has been 10-12 days so the vit c and b6 are to try and keep my luteal phase at 12 days...not sure if it will work 🤞🏼.

@Kates21 AF still hasn't arrived and I'm not having any of my usual pms symptoms but still cramping on my left side and lots of cm which I haven't noticed before...still trying not to get my hopes up! I wish I had the energy to dtd everyday 😂. That's brill about December, two opportunities to conceive! I have long cycles so it's just the once in December for me.
How are you?
