Mini Pill (Progesterone) withdrawal/period

Hi,

I stopped taking my pill on Monday 25th October as my partner and I will be TTC.

I was taking Desogestrel - progesterone mini pill - only since July so not for long.

I am already been bleeding by Wednesday and have been really heavy since Thursday.
I thought withdrawals should be quite light, this is like how my normal heavy periods were (suspected endometriosis). I had period-type cramps yesterday.

Is this still just a withdrawal bleed or could it be an actual period?

Bump. (Nee to this forum. I Hope 'bumps' are allowed?).

Still bleeding now but not so heavy.

Period feeling cramps have gone.

Still unsure if this was withdrawal or period bleed, as it was so soon after stopping.

To anyone who has experienced withdrawal after stopping the pill, is it that similar to a period please?
