Calling all expert charters! Not sure what to make of this months chart - I was hoping it was turning triphasic but now I think af maybe on the way. My cycles are usually 26 days but I ovulated 2 days later this month. Too scared to test due to previous experience of losses. Any thoughts? Thank you all!

Hi OP. I often get a second peak in temp towards the end then gradual decline to AF. It does look as though AF is on the way. You are not out until she arrives though! Fingers crossed

Thanks @Hopefulhedgehog, will keep my fingers crossed but think you are right. Only been temping for 3 months so still figuring out my patterns. If I hadn’t temped this month then I would have thought I was 3 days late by now, so defo worth it.

Update - so I had another temp spike today, so did a test and it’s a BFP! Not getting too excited as it is going to be a long road after 3 previous losses.

I’m a bit late to this thread but hoping for some clarification related to how a triphasic chart should look like.
What do you think about mine?
I have absolutely no symptoms, my AF comes every 30/31 days, usually on every 1st or 2nd of the month and I don’t really have any pain or symptoms as I’ve had endometriosis surgery (it was on my intestine).
Hoping for a holiday miracle!
