OK so I must have ovulated earliest would be is 7 dpo. I know I know, very early to test 😳 But I have been getting on off acid reflux, bring up a little sick. Not severe but there.

All frer. Tested sat twice first 2 top tests (earliest 7 dpo)
Sunday 3rd test
Monday today vvvvvv faint line.

No bleeding and wierdly no pms which I get terribly, a few funny feelings in Tum but not Cramps. No sore boobs just he acid reflux thing. I have done waitrose and acutest both negative. No hint of a squinter line.

I get the feeling as not bfp today that I'm out. But would like some thoughts? Don't want to go into detail with hubby and for him to one think I'm crazy for constantly testing and also maybe get his hopes up unnecessarily.

7dpo is very very very early for a bfp, most pregnancies wouldn't have even implanted yet (so no hormone to show up on a test at all). I don't see why you'd be "out" at this point.

I know the FRER is 6days before missed period - that's only about 9dpo, which is still too early to catch some pregnancies as implantation can occur up to D12 and the hormone can take 2 days+ to show on a test.

A line is a line but the FRER tests are invalid once removed from the casing.

I agree with PP, 7 dpo is extremely early. How sure are you on your ovulation date?

PlasticDinosaur · 19/10/2021 00:54

All first morning urine?
It's probably too early for the hook effect I'm guessing but you're not out until you're out! X

Why have you taken the tests apart?

WheelieBinPrincess · 19/10/2021 07:21

You are not going to get a reliable result at 7DPO, there’s been no time for your body to start producing the relevant hormone. It’s really not worth testing and then angsting over it at 7DPO.

I think you probably know the answer to this - you must try and step away from the tests. You cannot reliably compare these incredibly faint tests which have been taken apart. Please try and step away for 2 days then re-test. Good luck xx
