@Charl881 can definitely see the line! Retest tomorrow and hopefully it will be darker 🤞

@line123eyesalways I'd recommend tracking your ovulation as I always thought I ovulated about 4 days earlier than I actually do. Especially if your cycles are irregular. I've found the Tesco ovulation sticks are really good. If you don't get any peak ovulation tests then at least you'd have something extra to go to the GP with.

chasingtherainbow1 · 26/01/2022 14:52

@line123eyesalways how long have you been trying?

Charl881 · 26/01/2022 15:13

I just looked at the other in the pack and it had a faint grey line on it before being used so I reckon it’s a dodgy pack 😩 line has faded on the other one now too

line123eyesalways · 26/01/2022 15:19

@Mamastarz @chasingtherainbow1 which ones do you use?

I've been trying for about 7 months now, so not an overly long time. I was using contraception before so I'm just confused by it all!

@Charl881 oh no!! I had that the last time I got FRERs! How annoying xx

Charl881 · 26/01/2022 15:33

@line123eyesalways so annoying. Obviously I then did the other one and it was BFN apart from the white line that was there before. I’ve ordered more to come tomorrow so will have to wait for that, so much for me not spending too much money!

I know how you feel but sometimes it just takes a long time for no reason. It took me 13 months to conceive DS. I keep reminding myself to be patient but it doesn’t make it easier. You could always track BBT to have more of an idea if you ovulate.

chasingtherainbow1 · 26/01/2022 16:15

@line123eyesalways I use Tesco ovulation tests and when I first started I began testing on CD 10 until I got a peak. I did this a couple of months in a row and realised i didn't ovulate until about CD 16-19. Once I'd found this out I started testing from CD 13 instead until I got a peak. Once you get a peak you are likely to ovulate about 24 hours after.

@Charl881 frers are so bad for indents, I remember I had trouble with them too. I just used them as confirmation that my Easy@Home test wasn't an evap this time.

Charl881 · 26/01/2022 17:30

I can’t believe how bad it was! And now it’s completely vanished and I think AF is arriving two days early! So annoyed.

Charl881 · 26/01/2022 20:11

Who fancies more line spotting. I managed to find some spare cheapies (raided all my fertility stuff until I found some) and I swear one has a v v faint line. Can see it more in person and it came up in time frame. Surely I can’t be unlucky enough to have two indents on totally different tests.

Did have spotting earlier but wondering whether that could be implantation bleeding.

Im probably being wildly optimistic but it’s the hope that keeps you going isn’t it!

Edited and unedited photos attached but is cleaner in real life.

Can definitely see something on there! Do you have any more tests to try again in the morning? Fingers crossed 🤞🍀

Mamastarz · 26/01/2022 21:07

@Charl881, i can see a line, its for sure definitely there, try again in AM, and hopefully the line will be a bit darker, sending you loads of luck x

Charl881 · 26/01/2022 21:10

Yeah I have one left of the same brand (Freedom) so will try that in the morning and then got two more FRERs arriving tomorrow too. Definitely got a bit of spotting so not sure what to think at the mo!

Charl881 · 27/01/2022 08:13

Pretty sure it was BFN this morning and they’re just indent lines. Got FRERs arriving later so will see and AF due tomorrow. Next month I am NOT testing early.

chasingtherainbow1 · 27/01/2022 08:24

@Charl881 oh no that's so annoying to get 2 evaps/indents on different brands! Let us know how the FRER goes!

line123eyesalways · 27/01/2022 09:05

@Charl881 I do see a faint line in last nights test but it's hard to see in the one this morning. Let us know how you get on with FRERs!

I think I may order some ovulation tests and see how I get on. I always knew this was going to be a lengthy process but bloody hell I didn't think it would be this mentally draining!! X

chasingtherainbow1 · 27/01/2022 09:21

@line123eyesalways sounds like a good idea. Ovulation tests we're an eye opener for me.

I know, I don't think any of us realised before trying that it's not as simple as dtd and getting pregnant after a couple of months. I look back now at how naive I was when I fell pregnant the first time. Almost a year on and 2 failed pregnancies and I still don't have one. Really is a complicated process 😣

Charl881 · 27/01/2022 09:55

@line123eyesalways if you can afford it I’d recommend the digital ones to start with! It takes the stress out of reading them and you can do them with FMU.

Charl881 · 27/01/2022 12:36

BFN on a FRER. Have always tested positive by this point in the past on them. Can’t believe yesterday’s was an indent, gutted.

chasingtherainbow1 · 27/01/2022 12:49

@Charl881 sorry to hear that. FRERS suck atm so many threads on here seem to be FRER indents, it's awful. They never used to be like that. Order the Easy@Home ones from Amazon as they are the only other really early brand out there and I found them amazing. I got a line at 9DPO on them!

line123eyesalways · 27/01/2022 12:51

I think I'll get some Amazon ones and see how I get on! @chasingtherainbow1

@Charl881 that was a bad indent!! I'm sorry it's not a positive Sadwhen is AF due? X

Charl881 · 27/01/2022 12:53

Yeah I’d seen so many people say the same but never had it myself. I did have some easy@home but used them all up, will reorder for next cycle. Just want AF to arrive now. Doesn’t help I’m still stuck in isolation so literally nothing to do.

Charl881 · 27/01/2022 13:01

@line123eyesalways tomorrow so not too long to wait fortunately! I’m just feeling fed up as I was really hopefully this cycle even before the pesky indent.

chasingtherainbow1 · 27/01/2022 13:20

@line123eyesalways @Charl881 the only issue is with Easy@Home is they don't progress very well. I remember being a bit worried it was a chemical at first because the line was hardly getting darker but they just progress a lot slower than the other brands. But rather than pay all that money for FRER and CB, they are good

Charl881 · 27/01/2022 14:52

Driving myself mad now, got a friend to drop a Tesco cheapy round.

chasingtherainbow1 · 27/01/2022 19:26

@Charl881 oh gosh another faint line! I can see it but I'd be cautious of those, I did one before my biopsy's and remember getting faint lines. It's weird if you've had 3 evaps though! Did you say you have more frers arriving?
