Maybe I'm being silly, but with all the recent news about midwife shortages, which seem to be getting worse and worse, coupled with the NHS struggling to cope in general because of Covid, lack of government funding and so on, I'm worried about whether or not to TTC child #2 in the near future. Does anyone else feel similar?
For me it wouldn't be the end of the world to just have one child, but I would like to have another to make our family feel complete. I just don't want to end up in dangerous conditions during labour as a result of understaffing etc.
