Anyone just ovulated beginning the start of the TWW?

Think I’m around 4-5DPO although I’m not actually sure 🤦🏽‍♀️ My period is due on Sunday 24th so I won’t be testing next week.
I know it’s probably way too early for any symptoms but all my life I’ve never had a good sense of smell and this morning everything smells SO strong. This happened with my first pregnancy as well.

Haha I'm also terrible too @boymummy89! I'll be testing at 8dpo. Only because I can't wait and I got a positive at 9dpo with my first 😂

I love how we're all literally around the same dpo! Hopefully we have a good couple of weeks with good news!

It could just be complete coincidence @Cruz86 - the symptom spotting is back with a vengeance I didn’t test until my period was due for my last pregnancy but this time I don’t think I’ll be able to resist the temptation. It’s just putting me off not being certain how many DPO I am so I don’t want to test too early.

Haha symptom spotting is the devil!! I've already started doing it but then I look back to what I logged last month and they're just my normal PMS symptoms. Not holding out much hope 😩😩 I'd go with the lower dpo @Moonshine160 just to be sure x

@boymummy89 I might start at 8dpo 🙈 only because I’ve just had a load of internet cheapies delivered!

Symptom spotting like mad here, every little twinge or “scrapey” feeling, peeing a lot boobs slightly sore, but they are just normal pms symptoms for me anyway. I don’t know exactly how many dpo I am, going with the latest which is 5dpo.

How are you all doing? 3-4 DPO now and seriously symptom spotting! I know it’s in my head and way too early, but so hard to not imagine everything! I’m trying to remain calm and tell myself it’s probably not going to happen this month, but so hard to keep calm!

Evening @Peonies94! I feel terrible today. Either my allergies have flared up or I'm coming down with something. Sneezing every 5 mins, groggy head and body aches 😩 apart from that, all the pelvic cramping I had from ovulation and a few days after has just disappeared. Normally I'm crampy every day in the TWW! Boobs don't feel so tender either. How are you? X

Aw no! Hope your okay! I’m okay, I had cramping up until yesterday. I really couldn’t work out if it was actually any different to every month, or if I was symptom spotting though! I’m newly off the pill too, and having used it for over10 years I’m not use to the usual feelings! This is the longest 2 weeks of my life! 🤦🏻‍♀️

So what’s everyone’s stories?

I’m 29 TTC my first. I got married in June which was postponed from last year so have been desperate to start ttc since wedding postponed, but decided to wait until after our wedding. It’s my second cycle, but the first cycle I was more keeping an eye on my cycle and didn’t DTD as much, this month I’ve used OPKs and covered most days I think I could. I’m trying to be really chilled and thinking to myself that it’s likely to take a long time, however I still can’t help myself thinking ‘but what it?!’. It’s my first experience of the TTW and iim just wishing my life away!
I’m thinking I’ll do my first test next Thursdy? What about everyone else? I’ll be 9/10 DPO by then

@Peonies94 hey! Congratulations on getting married 😀 we’re trying for DC2, DS is nearly 6 so I can’t even remember my early pregnancy tbh. Been off the depo for nearly 3 years, some months we’ve been properly trying other we haven’t, been back properly trying the past couple of months after a CP at the beginning of the year. Tested today at 7dpo BFN of course 😂 been having typical PMS symptoms since yesterday, my cycles have been quite all over the place since the Jab, so I’m trying not to read into every little symptom 🙈

Morning! I feel even worse today than I did yesterday but I guess at least it's stopping me from symptom spotting 😂 how are you doing @Peonies94? Congratulations on your marriage too! I think I'll first test next Thursday too when I'll be 8dpo.

I'm 28, TTC #2! You sound exactly like me "Yeah, we'll just see how things go, no pressure." And then uses opks on the second month because I can't bear to wait any longer! Conceived my son on the third cycle so really hoping it won't be too long this time round.

@Dinomama21 sorry to hear about your CP. hoping this is your month! 7dpo still early so keep testing or give it a few days before testing again!

@Cruz86Yeah I suppose that’s a positive! Yeah I’m okay, who could have known this could be so stressful! I have a day off work today, so I’m off shopping for the day, to try and distract me from picking up in any slight feeling I have! Ahh yes fingers crossed your not too long this time around either! I’m hoping it won’t take long for me either! I don’t think I’d cope 🤦🏻‍♀️! With having to wait a year longer than I hoped due to covid and our wedding, I just want it to happen, like yesterday?!

Yeah I’ll test Thursday too! I’ll join you there! We’ll have to keep each other posted! It’s going to be a long 5 days! Good luck though ❤️

Thank you both ❤️ I’ve bought internet cheepies, so going to try hold off until Monday and do them every other day (let’s see how that goes 😂).
@Cruz86 I was the same, took 3 months ttc DS, this one is taking ages though but tbf me and DP were in our “honey moon” period so DTD every day back then.

@Peonies94 it’s so stressful trying not to symptom spot, I’ve noticed today and yesterday I’m peeing every hour and all my pms symptoms have disappeared, which happened last time with the CP, so that’s a hopeful sign 😄 Keep yourself distracted and busy, maybe we’ll become more patient 🙈

@Peonies94 hey tested again today BFN of course 😂 couldn’t help myself, it’s the first time I’ve bought internet cheepies so I’m finding this all amusing. How are you today?
Symptoms today- not peeing so much, tmi CM is dry, boobs looks bigger but don’t hurt as usual. A bit strange, but my cycles have been weird since the Jab- had a 23 day cycle last month. Im usually 27 days like clockwork. So I’m expecting the unexpected this month again 😂 Anyone else crazily symptom spotting?

It’s so hard to resist temptation isn’t it! I’ve hidden mine from myself in the bedroom, as I think I was about to cave when they were in the bathroom!
Yeah im imagining some really weird symptoms and picking up on just usual things, which I probably wouldn’t usually notice! I have really long irregular cycles, so rely on OPKs. 5-6 DPO today, and getting really impatient! I’m on edge waiting to test! Going to hold out until Thursday hopefully so I’ll be 9 Dpo by then! I think once I start, I won’t be able to stop!

@Peonies94 you have lots of self control! Great idea hiding them too. We’ll all be testing like crazy after Thursday. AF is supposed to be on Friday so my app says, I haven’t really tracked ovulation, just gone off CM and I had a sharp pain and slight spotting, so I’m thinking AF is due Sunday. Wish I’d bought OPKs this cycle.

I know! I’m busy in work this week so hoping Thursday will come around quickly! I feel like it’s going to be negative, just as it’s only our first proper month, but also I’m still on pins waiting!!🤦🏻‍♀️

I know the weekends the worst because you have more time to symptom spot and you wouldn’t notice most of the symptoms when you’re busy at work. I’m quite enjoying POAS, I go the rest of the day thinking okay I’m not pregnant today, so I’m not constantly thinking “what if” and getting over excited, I hate the disappointment when AF comes.
You’re not out until AF comes, my best friend just fell pregnant on her first month of trying, it only takes the one time 😁

Ahh some people are so lucky aren’t they, and then others have such a difficult time! Yeah once I’m back in work I’m hoping it won’t be too bad, though I may do a test Tuesday and then again Thursday!

On Friday I have fertility app and I'll be 11-12 dpo. Keep fantasising I'll get a BFP on the day of my fertility app 😆 I know chances of that are very small...

My period is also due on 24th :) my cycles are 28 days. When are you planning to test? Im usually quite resilient and cave in a day before my period ! Good luck 🤞

So I'm 9dpo no major signs as such, mild cramping and achy boobs (normal for me before period) however my boobs have become itchy! Anyone else experienced this or more than likely something else.

Not tested yet was going to wait till tomorrow!
