When to have sex TTC

I had a positive LH test this morning - Premom app saying it is my peak. When do I ovulate if I got a positive today? When should we bd until?
Can doing it too much be bad for the quality of sperm? Wanting to do it morning and night if we can!

Before and during your peak is best. Just after wouldn't hurt, too. Just don't DTD too often as it will reduce the quality of sperm. Once every other day is always a good bet!
