Implantation.... or long 6-day start to my period!? HELP!

Hi ladies.

A little bit of a life story but here goes.... I have been TTC for exactly 12-months now. This cycle I decided to 'up my game' a little and started tracking my temp and doing LH tests, so I know I ovulated around day 16.

However I started having light brown discharge when going to the toilet from day 6 past ovulation (day 22)

I am now on day 27 and still very light brown mucus mostly in the morning, but some times in the day when going to the toilet.

Normally with my period I might have 1-2 days max of this and then AF would arrive thick and fast. So you can imaging every day I have been waiting for this to happen... but now 6 days later I am wondering...

Could this actually be implantation bleeding??? The dates do add up in terms of when it started. However 6 days of light brown discharge I didn't think was normal for EITHER period OR Implantation???

Any advice ladies could give me who have had similar experience would be amazing. I know I have to just wait about another week before I should test and so will wait, as I don't want to test too early! But wondering if anyone had anything similar. Oh and my cycle varies in length anything from 25-31 days! xx

This probably isn't that helpful but that is exactly what happened to me last month (cycle 11 for me) I was convinced it was implantation but my period rocked up properly on day 27 (my cycles are 27-29) Hopefully you will be luckier!! Sending baby dust!

@tryingforbabyh thank you for your response! It's always good to know as I don't want to get my hopes up. My body is very good at playing different tricks on me every month so I wouldn't be surprised if this was a new one 😅

Baby dust to you also xxxx
