So this may end up being long winded but I need help figuring this out! So I am VERY regular with my periods…I have a 31 day cycle so I tend to ovulate slightly later than the ‘average’ then I come on my period exactly 2 weeks later (around the 14th of every month)
I had a chemical pregnancy in August, basically got a positive then started bleeding the day after my period would have been due (the 15th august)
I then went on to have a ‘normal’ period on the 14th September …. I say normal but it was extremely short! I only seemed to bleed for 2 days when it usually drags on for 4 or 5. Assuming it was just my body/hormones regulating again after the chemical.
We decided to start trying again this month. We had sex last Friday (24th) and the Monday just gone. but for some reason I (stupidly) decided to take a pregnancy test as I’ve felt complete and utter exhaustion the last day or so. And I’m so sure there is a faint positive. I did one this morning and one this afternoon and I’m sure it’s there.
They are only internet cheapies so I will wait a couple more days before I do the frer to ‘hopefully’ see a stronger line.
But if it IS a positive….
How on earth has this happened? Have I ovulated 5/6 days earlier and I’ve just caught on maybe the day after?
It makes no sense!
