Please can someone help interpret my Day 21 tests as there are no reference ranges reported.

Serum LH level 2.2 U/L
Serum FSH level 3.9 U/L
Serum progesterone 38nmol/L

I have tried to Google the LH and FSH ones but the units of measurement are confusing me, on websites it says "IU" not "U!"

I am 38. Thank you.

Having done further reading, it seems that LH and FSH tests are usually done on Day 3, so I am not sure why mine were done on Day 21...

Yes I believe that the 21d test is the “primary” test because it indicates whether you ovulated or not on that cycle. This comes from progesterone. 38nmol/L ≈ 12 ng/L. It’s supposed to be more than 5 so that’s good and you ovulated! As you say, they’re not really measuring the other hormones so it’s by the by.

Thanks @SweetBabyCheeses99, having read more this afternoon I am really surprised that the FSH/LH were taken on Day 21; everything I have read has indicated that they should be done on day 3. I specifically asked my GP about that and she said that I didn't need Day 3 tests as they are only done if they think the woman is going into menopause...

I have decided to wait until DH’s sperm analysis comes back and then depending on what that says, approach the GP and ask for a Day 3 test to repeat the LH and FSH…
