AF cramps in early pregnancy or false positive?

I’ve recently had IVF and think i’m pregnant but i keep getting AF type mild cramps so i don’t know if the tests are false and AF is coming or if this is normal? I would be 3weeks pregnant i’ve attached photos of my tests. Really confused and worried

@PigeonPigPie thank you for responding, they aren’t painful but i suppose i’m just really hyper aware of any feelings down there and panicking that somethings going to go wrong so a slight cramp and i’m thinking it’s AF

@milly26x if it's any reassurance I had really mild intermittent AF style symptoms from about 6 days before my period was due; cramping (dull/ lasting a few mins then easing) lower back ache, bloating, funny stitch like aches in my left hand side, sore boobs. Tested 4 days before AF and got my BFP. It's my first pregnancy so didn't know what to expect for me. Currently 6w 4d, and morning sickness has just arrived. Please don't worry, I have it on good authority from multiple friends who have babies, period style cramps have featured strongly in early days for most of them!
Plus those lines look to be getting stronger every day which is a great sign Xx
