Are all first rounds of IVF the same more or less for unexplained infertility at kings vs CRGH?

Hi!

We have unexplained infertility (TTC 18 months) and I am 31 and my DH is 36. All tests have come back normal. We had 1 chemical pregnancy 4 months ago but no luck since. We are debating between going to CRGH (£9k) or Kings (around £5k) for IVF.

Tempted by the higher success rates at CRGH but it would be more stress financially and we are wondering if treatment at both will be essentially the same anyway as it is the first round? Both suggested short protocol (with no immune testing or anything suggested at CRGH) and I can't really figure out how the treatment would be different at both. But then I can't figure out why the success rates are so different? As the first round is usually a bit diagnostic/exploratory, is it likely that they will be pretty much the same at both clinic?

Would people recommend going for Kings or CRGH in this case?

Thanks :)
