I'm in a muddle with what to do/think!

Me and my partner have been ttc and dtd frequently in August.

I was due on my period between the 8th - 10th September, on the 9th September I started having some bleeding which lasted 2 and a bit days, at one point it was just when I was wiping it appeared browny/pink tinge ish, so I thought it was all abit bizarre.

Prior to the bleeding I was having some cramping on and off very mild but also not something I'd usually feel in my cycles.

I did test on the 7th September and it was negative, may have been to early but I just left it at that.

Since Saturday evening I've had no more bleeding nothing at all. Usually my periods last 5 days and this one hasn't.

I have tested today, about half an hour ago so not with fmu and it was a cheapy strip test, this result was negative.

What are the chances the bleed I was having was implantation or just an extremely short period?

If it was implantation should I be waiting longer to test for hcg to be detected?

I have been experiencing some mild cramping this morning on and off and just generally feeling tired!

I'd be greatful for some advice 😊

I think unfortunately it is very unlikely you are pregnant if you are getting negative tests. Sounds like perhaps just a slightly odd period. Good luck x
