Help ttc after miscarriage

I’m currently going through an early MC/ectopic (doctors not yet sure). I’m still spotting and in constant cramping pain which will be my second week of these symptoms this Saturday.

I’ve read that some people ttc straight away in their next cycle and to base the first day of bleeding (miscarriage) as their first day of the cycle.

Personally I don’t think I’m yet ready to ttc again as still in pain, and really exhausted physically and emotionally.

But if I did want to try again this cycle, I just wondered about ovulation etc? I’m still getting positive preganancy results so my hcg levels are still remaining, does that mean I can ovulate at the same time and will OPK tests work?

I’m really confused with it all so any help or advice would be really appreciated.

I’m good, I’ve had lots of food and Netflix binging 😃 hope you have been as well! I’ve booked a little getaway next week to Devon as well so looking forward to that!

I’m still bleeding a little, might see if I can pop back to the EPU for a scan maybe in a week if it hasn’t stopped, just in case.

I think I'm out this month, no signs no nothing so I'm sure AF will show up in over a weeks time 🥺

My brothers wife is due in 3 weeks, you can tell she's afraid to talk about it in front of me so I've made up a pamper night pack to take up to her later just so she knows I'm ok and I don't want them both to tune down the news of the baby etc

I was really hoping this would've been a lucky thread for us, maybe we'll get some hocus pocus magic at the end of the month 🧙🏼‍♂️🍀💫
