Faint positives yesterday/last night. Today nothing? Worried.

Hi all, I did post about this on chat but thought I'd pop over to conception boards.

So yesterday I was getting very faint positives on pink cheapie tests, and last night I got a faint positive on a CB (as shown in pic).

Today at different times I have done several more cheapies and another CB and they are all negative 😕 CB digital was negative too, though I know it's probably too early for it to be showing anything. I think I'm around 10dpo.

Can it be normal this early to be getting positives one day and negatives the next, or is it likely that there's not going to be a happy ending?

So hcg doubles +/- all 48 hours. And you're very early right? There are many reasons as to why you might not see a positive today. Were all tests with the same sensitivity? Did you take FMU or make sure you hold for at least 3 hours and not drink during that time? Otherwise your urine might be diluted and will not show a positive.

Sounds like it's just very early on and you need to wait a couple of days. My line eyes can definitely see it. I know it's really hard but I'd wait a few days and test again!

Thank you both so much for your replies. I'm not too sure about the sensitivity of the different tests tbh, they were freedom, tesco own and clear blue, if that makes any difference. I manged to get my hands on a FRER and a boots own pink dye test, done about half an hour ago and they were both negative the FR might have had the faintest line but I don't think there was any colour in it. I'll put the tests away for now and test in the morning before I drive myself crazy. It was just because that CB I did last night was a clear faint positive that I got my hopes up. But I understand its still very early and it doesn't rule anything out just yet.

Just to update, I did a first response this morning with FMU. Not even a shadow appeared . I just don't understand how I could have gotten so many faint positives 2 days ago and now I'm getting complete blanks 😔 i feel so gutted.

That Clear blue line is an evap. Seen it so many times. Sorry OP

bastardmonkfish aw man really? Can evaps appear within 30 seconds of taking the test? That's such a bummer were these evaps too?
