AF4 days late , negative test but had PMS symptoms last week

My period was due on Saturday (roughly, can sometimes be an extra day)

I had a lot of PMS symptoms last week, back ache, belly ache , sore boobs etc but they have all now gone apart from the sore boobs

I've had a little bit of fed spotting , very very light about once a day (Monday and yesterday)

I took a test yesterday which was negative, so I have no idea what is going on? Especially as I had PMS symptoms last week.

Do you track your ovulation? Did you do anything different this month; like new vitamins or the Covid jab?
And when did you do the test, in the morning? Early response? So many questions, sorry :)

@Bundaberg84 I had my last covid jab early June, so I'm hoping it's not that! I haven't done anything different this month , I tested yesterday morning with my 1st wee, although it wasn't an early response one, just a standard one

Maybe try testing again tomorrow with an early detection?
