Hi everyone I’m new to this site, just looking for help as I’m getting myself really down.
I should have come on my period 2 days ago but still no sign yet, we have been actively ttc for 8 months and have a regular 28 day cycle and now on cd30. I’m starting to get really fed up and feel like my body is trying to trick me into thinking I’m pregnant when I’m not. I have done two tests and both have faint positives but only after 15 minutes of the test drying. Please if anyone has any photos of their early positives could you post? And also if anyone has any stories of not getting blazing positives until after AF was due just to give me some hope
Thank you x

When are you taking the tests? Early mornings are best l found.

Wait until a full week after your period was due and then take another test. Your hcg levels might have risen more by then

Thank you so much for responding I really appreciate it!
I took the first test with my first wee of the day which showed up after about 20 mins and then the second test I did this afternoon after a 4 hour hold and same happened again.
Hoping I just have low hcg that will build over the next week. Just so disheartening when I’ve waited so long to miss my period now I finally have and the tests are negative haha 😂 thank you again for you response xx

Hey @[AUTO]vl7zhksq7s9v7 - unfortunately reading the tests outside the time frame makes the result invalid. Even though I never had a negative test that ended up being positive. But wait another day or two and test again with fmu. Fingers crossed for you!

I’m sorry op, as a pp said, you need to read them in the time frame, after that they often turn positive and are no longer valid. 💐

I don’t know why I do it to myself I need to be more strict with myself and put them in the bin and never look again! Thank you both so much for your replies! I’ll wait a few more days and retest and if nothing shows in the time frame I’ll just take it as a skipped period xx

I had a similar situation with my second child I was hoping to share the pictures of the tests but I cannot see how I can attach an image x

I have no idea how to add pictures either hh, but that gives me a little hope! Thank you xx
