TTC feel like I’ll never be a mum - anyone else?

Have been TTC now for 8 months with one chemical pregnancy. I have PCOS and endometriosis.

All my friends seem to be getting pregnant and work colleagues and I have a horrible dread constantly That I’ll never get to be a mum and that it will never happen for me.

Did anyone else ever get this and actually become a mum? Or is it a sign it just won’t happen for me xx

You have pcos and endo and got a chemical within 8 months which is amazing and a really positive sign. I have both and it took me years of ivf treatment just to conceive. Just try and view it positively. It takes people with normal fertility 2 years to conceive, on average, so provided you are getting the treatment you need then just keep going. I’m sure it will happen soon.

@Ozanj I suppose so. I have just always had a horrible feeling it won’t happen for me and can’t ever imagine actually having a bump etc so I always wonder if it’s life’s way of forwarning me it’s just not going to happen. I hope it’s not the case though and others have felt like I do and get to be a mum eventually xx
