Silly Symptom Spotting

Opinions needed. Driving my self insane.
I'm cycle day 17 today and was expecting to get my peak but no such luck. I had EWCM Cycle day 9 which I thought was too early for ovulation but we dtd anyway just in case.
I have nausea, tender boobs and woke up last night in a cold sweat so my hormones are definitely doing something. I had spotting for two days cycle day 13,14.
Please tell me I'm not the only one who would be thinking I could possibly be pregnant. Logical rational me knows it's likely due to my peak being right around the corner but I can't help but convince myself it must be pregnancy hormones 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thank you! xx

Amberley90 · 19/10/2021 15:48

If this FRER isn't clear then I might try ClearBlue x

Hey all,

@Amberley90 definitely do a test FRER should be fine to use.

Unfortunately I started bleeding very heavily at 4am 15dpo and bled until Sunday. Took a test today and BFN so another chemical. I'm waiting to hear back regarding a referral to gynae.

@Riversun12345 ❤️

Hoping gynaecologist has some answers. I've been reading about progesterone and aspirin in recurrent miscarriages so wondering if maybe this is what they'll implement xx

@Riversun12345 @positiveovernegative I did a MomMed test a couple of days ago which was negative and this morning a FRER was also negative.
I'm so sorry to hear that @positiveovernegative I hope a Gynaecologist is able to help. I am also thinking about being referred to a Gynaecologist or a family planning clinic xx

positiveovernegative · 12/11/2021 19:11

@positiveovernegative
I'm on my period now but at least I know. Not knowing has been getting me down. I really want to see a gynaecologist or family planning. I would like to find out more. How are you? xxx

positiveovernegative · 13/11/2021 09:01

@Amberley90 yeah I always feel like that when it finally comes if it is late for whatever reason (I'm never regular)
How long have you been trying, ask your GP to refer you? I was referred initially before my first baby after trying for 2 years and was found to endometriosis- had it operated on and fell within 6 weeks of the opp
This time I've been referred because of recurrent miscarriages 4 of my last 5 cycles. I've got an apppintment in 3 weeks with consultant and have been taking aspirin since I ovulated as I've read that can be something they advise for recurrent miscarriages

Speak to your GP I felt better just for having the referral xxx

I hope it would make me feel better. I just feel so hopeless and upset. Thank you for your advice. How are you? xxx

Amberley90 · 22/11/2021 08:33

@positiveovernegative
I'm so sorry to hear what you have been through. I'm glad it helped you to have the referral. I hope you are well xxx

positiveovernegative · 22/11/2021 13:36

@Amberley90 I'm sorry you feel like that.
Trying to conceive is the hardest thing I've ever been through and there isn't enough support for families going through it xx

I definitely agree there. I feel like I'm crying at everything. How are you? xxx
