Now I really understand line eyes! BFP or evap?

12dpo, AF was due two days ago. Had two instances of very light spotting on 8 and 9dpo. CB this morning was negative but got this result on FRER.

Verdict? Counting down the hours until I can test again tomorrow!

I’d say BFP…! Eek! Yay x

Oh also I’m my experience FRER is more accurate in the early days than CB.

Sorry I’ve just seen that AF was due two days ago but you’re only 12DPO. Do you usually have such a short luteal phase? I’d expect a stronger line if you’re two days late but then again most people are due around 14DPO so maybe not.

Yeah, LP is 10 days. I'm hoping that's why it's so faint despite AF being late, because if the spotting was IB then it only happened 3-4 days ago.

It does look clearer (and definitely pink) in person. I guess I'll have to see if it progresses though fingers crossed

I see something, what does this morning's test look like?

Looks the same this morning I really hope this is just the hCG taking its time to build up and not a sign of a chemical pregnancy. This time the line appeared pretty quickly, within 30 seconds (yesterday it took nearly the full 3 mins).

This is our first time TTC (cycle 3) so I'm new to it and got all excited to see a possible positive...now I'm not so sure

Glad I can share here, because my husband just gently asked me to stop waving pee sticks in his face when he'd just woken up

Ok...I think it's definitely darker today, my husband thought so but that's after the 3 minutes. It looks way clearer now and darker than yesterday. I know the results aren't meant to be read after ten mins but yesterday's test is old too, and there's a noticeable difference. Hopefully that's a good sign?

That's how mine progressed and now I'm 33 weeks although hcg doubles every two days it starts from a tiny level so took mine a week or so to be really dark! Tentative congrats!!

In all my pregnancy's successful or not I always showed faint lines on the day of missed period and digitals took for me to be a week late. So really try and hold off of doing the digital. It can be so disheartening to see not pregnant just because it's to early x

Thank you. Going to take that advice because It'd really upset me to see a BFN now after getting myself all excited. Will just have to accept that waiting is part of the process and get used to it!

Yeah that's the best thing you can do. Honestly I've done it before and it wasn't early enough for the digital and then you start worrying x

I caved...but it paid off I know it's still early days but bugger it, I'm enjoying the excitement. Nice to see the words come up so clearly rather than squinting at lines!
