We're currently ttc baby number 2. With my first pregnancy I gained 4.5 stone, I didnt eat amazing but I wouldn't say I 'ate for 2' and I stayed as active as possible but had to stop the gym early on due to low bp/low b12/fainting.
I've suffered with disordered eating in the past and I struggle really badly with body issues. I've spent the past 2 years since my son was born getting back to a place i feel comfortable (not yet there though to be honest) .
In every aspect of our lives we feel ready for baby 2 but the only thing thats terrifying me is weight gain (sounds trivial to most but it badly affects my mental health). I'm wondering if anyone managed to gain less in second pregnancy through making better choices? Or whether i'm likely just one of those people that gains a lot of weight during pregnancy.
