Has anyone missed a dose of Progynova and was it ok?

I had a frozen transfer 7 days ago with a 5 day blastocyst.

I'm on 2mg progynova 3 times per day. Today I went out and forgot to take it with me (along with my progesterone pessaries). I came home but was 2 hours late in taking them. I took them as soon as I got in.

However, I've just been to the toilet and I have bled a bit. Has this happened to any of you before?
I'm worried now I could have messed things up.

On the surface, I personally cant see why a 2 hour delay would make any difference. and I'm sure many women have completely missed a dose and gone on to have a successful pregnancy.

But I'm just a random person.

Have you taken meds now? Should be ok? I took mine late once during a FET.

What was the bleeding like? How much. Red? Brown? Clots?

I took it as soon as I got home which was 2 hours later than my usual time.
The bleeding is light pink. Quite a bit of it. I have changed 2 pantiliners.
I'm so annoyed with myself for forgetting to take it out with me.

Are you using applicator pessaries? It cases bleeding a few times with me. Just use your finger next few days if so

2 hours late shouldn’t cause issues

@Whatelsecouldibecalled yes I've been using the applicators. I wonder if I pushed it too far in this time because I was rushing so much when I got home because I was panicked that I was late. Maybe I could have aggravated the cervix?

No more bleeding today. So I'm glad about that.

I called the clinic. They said they're not worried. They said it wouldn't make a difference taking the meds later. And she thinks it could be due to me using the applicator for the pessary and I maybe inserted it too far. She said they're not worried as this can be quite common. So hopefully all is ok. Thank you all for Your replies.
