11 Day late period, negative pregnancy test.

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for the last 5 year, been through 2 failed IVFs. My cycle is on average 31 days I'm 11 days late and have had a negative result today used clearblue. I've had mild to string cramp, nausea n recently tiredness.
Thinking of taking another test in a couple of days then booking an appointment with the doctor if this continues.
Does anyone have any similar postive outcome, this is all that's on my mind?

Have you had the covid vaccine recently? Vaccinations can mess up your cycle due to the immune response, lots of women have reported delayed menstruation after the covid jab
