8 dpo 9 dpo tomorrow morning?

Hello ladies!

I am 8 dpo today, after getting 3 faint positives on frer, I've come to the conclusion that these might just be evaporations. I wish I could upload a picture but new to this.

Its sucking all the energy out of me!! I feel sad and exhausted from over testing and not seeing what I want..

I ovulated on the 25th of June, and expect my AF on Friday (3 days) - I am hopeful, but not sure.

Who else is 8-9 dpo and what symptoms do you have? did you get your BFP yet.. baby dust to all.

I'm only 6dpo and will likely start testing at 8 dpo (even tho it's unlikely I'll see anything until 10-12 dpo but ya know 🤷🏼‍♀️)

You will be able to upload a pic in 24 hours so I'll keep an eye out for it. I love seeing vvvf positive lines!

Hi @ttcnads, I’m right there with you. On cycle 4 after a MMC and currently 6/7 dpo, I’m starting to get really fed up and going out of my mind no knowing if this is my month or not, googling everything possible even though I know there’s no sure way of knowing, the next few days are going to be hell 😒

I'm now 10 weeks pregnant but I tested at 10dpo and got a faint positive on a frer. But also I have zero symptoms at all! So don't worry if you don't.

Sorry that was meant to say I had zero symptoms (I have a few now) but didn't for the first month.

10 dpo for me, tested yesterday and today and swear I can see a faint line but maybe they’re evaps, I don’t know. I’d be so delighted, we’ve waited such a long time. Fingers crossed and baby dust for us all

btw just wanted to let you ladies know about my last pregnancy,

a week after my missed period I tested and got a bfn. the next morning I was in the shower and noticed my nipples had like ducts on them! I took a dollar store test and it was a bfp! I think my body maybe takes longer to show the hcg on the HPT's.

Im hoping that's the case this time!! I really have a feeling I am pregnant and to not be will hurt me so bad! its okay though neverrrr giving up on this

I don't want to get too hopeful (who am I kidding) - I can definitely see the line though so I am really hopeful tomorrow I get a nice clear one at 12 dpo. Stick stick stick!

Hi guys, I’m been here and hope you don’t mind me jumping on your post! Have loved reading all of your stories!

I possibly ovulated between 24th - 26th august and had unprotected sex once on 25th. No symptoms until a small amount of pink discharge a few days later on 28th, and then brown watery discharge (no clots) for the last 2 days. This brown discharge only seems to come out when I wipe or sit on the toilet. I’ve also felt some twinges in what feels like my uterus and some very very mild cramping/unusual feelings there but I could be just imagining it all! Also think I’ve been salivating a lot more the last two days. I did my first FRER this morning on the basis that today i might be 8 DPO but it came back negative. Tried looking for a second line and thought I could see one at one point but then couldn’t find it again!! Does anyone have any thoughts on whether I could be pregnant? Is it too early for me to be testing, or should at least a faint line be showing by now? I want to save my second FRER for when I might be more likely to get an accurate reading, so any advice on when I should do that would be much appreciated! Thanks

@Newbie1987loz 8 dpo would be very early for a positive but definitely not impossible. Best thing to do is wait at least 48 hours as your HCG levels should double in that time. Even then at 10 dpo they might not be high enough to show. Bearing in mind you said you possibly didn’t ovulate until 26th August so you might only be 6dpo today which is definitely too early to test. Ideally you’d wait until the day your period is due but I never have the patience to be honest.

Helpful. I wasn’t planning to test so early but caved this morning and now I can’t stop thinking about it. I may buy some cheaper tests to get my testing fix in the meantime, but wait until early next week to use my FRER. I’m very new to this, and I wasnt trying to conceive, so have learnt so much from reading posts on mumsnet, and it’s made me excited a bit too soon! However, have read mixed things through google searching about whether I could even be pregnant if I had sex on 25th and didn’t ovulate until the next day. Any views/experiences of that would be helpful too :-) It’s just one big guessing game right now! Xx

I’m also worried that my bleeding is too heavy as some people only report very very light spotting. Mine is brown and watery but much much less than my normal periods! (TMI, sorry!)

If you had sex on 25th and ovulated the next day there there is a definitely a chance, it’s just too early to test! Good luck and hope you get the result you want.
