Any ideas why I'm still not pregnant?

Sad Hi ladies I'm reaching out for a little bit of hope because I feel like I'm losing my last bit. My husband and I have been trying for a year and a half and not a single sign of a positive test. I have a very regular cycle. In the past 18 months I've had one cycle that was 26 days and another that was 31 days. All others between 28-29. I track ovulation and according to the clear blue fertility monitor, I ovulate right on cue. OH has been for a sperm analysis and everything came back normal. I've had day 1-3 estrodiol and day 21 progesterone bloods done and they have come back normal (P was 62, can't remember what the E was but normal!). My GP said that she will refer me for fertility treatment in September. I guess I'm looking for stories from anyone that has been the same boat. Did you get a diagnosis, get pregnant naturally, or did IVF or something else work for you? I'm desperate enough for any kind of anecdotal success stories! TIA.

I didn’t get pregnant as I wasn’t ovulating. I went to fertility clinic got prescribed clomid and got pregnant straight away. 2 years later pregnant again without any input.

Obviously there might be any
Number of causes of not getting pregnant, but that was my example of an issue that was dealt with fairly quickly.

It’s hard not knowing and worrying about what might or might not happen.

Thanks for your story. A friend of mine works in a fertility clinic and she said it's quite common for patients that come to them to need just a little bit of help to get pregnant the first time but then can get pregnant quite easily after that.
I think I'm just looking for some happy endings. I'm usually pretty positive about the whole thing but I'm having a moment today.

Hey 😊
Me and my partner have been trying for a year gone also. We had all the tests you've mentioned, plus HSG and ultrasound/internal scan. Our tests came back fine also, however doctor thinks he couldn't definitely confirm I ovulated on the cycle I had my bloods (I test for ovulation without fail every month - but appaz this doesn't mean I actually ovulated, from googling.. hmm..) he commented my cycles are longer than average also so I'm not getting a fair shot at TTC compared to the average woman (35-40 day cycles) thought I needed a boost.
Anyway I've just been prescribed clomid, my first cycle doing it this cycle.
Ive JUST had my covid vaccine - I was hesitant at 1st but doc told me to get it. So anyway who knows what's going to happen this month, I'm a bit worried to be fair.
Fingers crossed we all get our BFPs soon!!!! Xx

Also wanted to add ive never been able to conceive at all, like yourself.
Apart from I had a chemical pregnancy on my 1st cycle, that was it.
I thought we would have it easy after then 😔
Getting pregnant is just step 1 too 😞 x

Sorry I don't have a happy ending (yet!) But in almost exactly the same position as you... Trying for 1 and a half years, no issues on blood tests, regular and average length cycle and ovulation, but no pregnancy yet! I have had 1 chemical though which happened at about 1 year and 3 months so I'm hoping that's a good sign (and also shows that it can still happen even after nothing for over a year!).

I'm feeling positive at the moment but also have those moments of hopelessness so will look forward to reading some encouraging success stories on this thread! 🤞
