I’ve been off of the POP 6 weeks and TTC, please help!

Hello everyone! So pleased to be here and reaching out to see if anyone can help! I’m in my late 30’s, I came off of the pop 6 weeks ago after 22 years and TTC which is beyond my wildest dreams I’ve had the withdrawal bleed, believed I felt ovulation (never experienced that before), calculated my period from it and it came, kinda, but all the symptoms of implantation, as I had no flow, but all BFN tests. But god damn, have I had the bloating and constant period pains and aches, ouch. Also bleeding after sex, but again no flow. 6 days in and the pain and bloating still won’t go away. Just wondered if anyone else had gone through this? Asking here as we don’t want to let our friends and family know we’re trying yet, as the less pressure, the better. Thank you x

If I were you I'd use cheapy ovulation sticks off ebay and test your urine twice daily. It really gave me more of an inkling on when best to try. We got pregnant within 6 weeks. I was on cerezette for about 12 years previously with no breaks.

Okay so when first coming off any hormonal contraceptive, you can expect a bit of irregularity for a few months! In this time, I found it best to just have regular sex and take a cheap test each week.

Later I graduated to temping, but that's because we have been trying a long time now
