6 days late cramping BFN an now crying

Hi so I tested on OPK an got negative up until 10th July. After that I stopped because I thought I missed it. I was due period 22nd. Had cramps and tested everyday BFN. I usually have spotting but nothing. Just feel really down an in limbo. Xxx
