EC done- waiting for my frozen transfer!

Hi 😊 I had my EC on Wednesday.
Because of my PCOS, I had to have a freeze all.
I had 12 eggs at day 3 and waiting for my day 6 tomorrow to see how many made it to blastocyst stage!

Apart from feeling a little bloated, I am now feeling fine!

I don’t have cycles so wondering how long I will have to wait for my transfer?

Hiya, I'm 12 weeks pregnant after my frozen transfer.
I had my transfer on my bleed post egg retrieval.
So my EC was April 24th, bled a few days later so started meds for my frozen transfer and had that on May 19th.

Some clinics don't let you go on the post retrieval bleed so you'll need to double check with your clinic.

Hi, I had my egg collection a few weeks ago it was a freeze all cycle, I don't have PCOS but I was high risk of OHSS due to the number of eggs collected. I had 19 collected, 10 mature, 6 fertilised and 2 made it to blast and are frozen. I had spotting a few days after collection then 5 days later has full bleed which my clinic calls withdrawl bleed. So now I'm just waiting on AF starting, whenever that will be, so I can get started with my FET!

How are you feeling? Do you mean you had 12 embryos on day 3? That's amazing! Good luck for your next update!!

I won't have a bleed on my own so assuming they will give me norethisterone to help with this so just wondering how long they will make me wait before doing so. Hope I'm as lucky as you were with that gap!

Yeah I had 24 retrieved, 22 suitable for ISCI, 12 fertilise AND make it to blast but only 4 of the 12 suitable for freezing!
My grades were 5AB, 4AC(x2) and 5BB.
I'm really pleased with the outcome and just can't wait for transfer now!

I had spotting (very slight) straight after retrieval but I'm now a week and a day later and no withdrawal bleed as of yet.. I have had a few twinges though so fingers crossed!

First couple of days I was in quite a bit of pain in my abdomen and was just feeling generally unwell with some waves of dizziness but I'm feeling a LOT better now.. apart from still feeling a bit bloated, pretty much feel back to normal.
How about yourself? How did you find it? 😊

@J2020m hi, how are you doing? Any sign of AF yet? I'm still impatiently waiting!! I've got a regular cycle usually but think it's been knocked a bit because of egg collection. Do you just have to ring on day 1 of AF? That's what I've been told to do but have been told I'm not guaranteed to get booked in if they are full so anxious about that as it's going to mean another month of waiting. Ah that's great you got 4 embryos to freeze! I did ask about the grading of my 2 but it went way over my head and it was all numbers and no letters? Hope you're ok.

Yes! I came on a period on Thursday.. on Thursday and Friday it was quite light then since Saturday it's been really heavy and I'm not enjoying the fact I can't wear tampons!

Nope I haven't been told that- I have been told that someone will call me this week and let me know when I can have a follow up consultation but they think it won't be for a good couple of weeks which I'm gutted about.

I don't have regular cycles so I think they will end up inducing mine to start a medicated cycles.

So have they asked you to call from your withdrawal bleed or your following period?

Apart from being a little disappointed of the wait I'm going to have, I've okay
