I know how important tracking BBT is in the TTC journey.
I know we need to do it at the same time everyday, as soon as you wake up before doing anything else. However what I'm finding is, I set an alarm for the time (5am) but then sometimes I wake up a lot earlier like 3am or 4am and it messes up my whole readings.
Does anyone have any tips please? Or is anyone aware of devices that could just read my BBT all the time? (I've heard of wearable BBT thermometers but these only appear to be from the US).
