Hi, I am just wondering how common cramps are with an early miscarriage. This is my second day of bleeding and I haven't had any cramping yet. Last month's miscarriage occurred with cramping on the second day of bleeding.
Is lack of cramps a definite indicator that this is just implantation bleeding?
